Where RED Light means Go!
“Safe, non‑invasive Light Therapy for pain relief and recovery.”
What It Is
RED Light Therapy and Cold Laser Therapy are gentle, non-invasive treatments that use specific wavelengths of light to support the body’s natural healing processes.
Benefits
Red light therapy uses visible red light to reach the surface and slightly deeper layers of the skin. It can help:
• Reduce pain and inflammation in muscles and joints
• Speed up recovery from sprains, strains and minor injuries
• Support healing of tendons and ligaments
• Improve circulation in the treated area
• Support skin health and tissue repair
Cold Laser Therapy
Also called low-level laser therapy, it uses a focused, low-intensity laser. It can help:
• Relieve chronic and acute pain
• Reduce swelling and stiffness
• Support nerve healing
• Help with arthritis and joint issues
• Support recovery after surgery or injury
Who It Helps
- Active people and athletes dealing with sore muscles or sports injuries
- People with chronic pain, such as arthritis, back or neck pain
- Those recovering from surgery or soft tissue injuries
- People with repetitive strain issues from work or daily activities
- Anyone looking for a gentle, drug-free option to support healing and reduce pain
Treatments are prioritized with specialized laser protocols to ensure every treatment is optimized for your unique recovery journey and health.
Treatments are comfortable and designed to work alongside your existing care plan to help you move more easily and feel better day to day.
RED Light in Action

Expertise & Excellence
RED Light and Cold Laser Therapy use clinically proven photobiomodulation to stimulate the body's natural healing processes at the cellular level.
Specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light penetrate deep into muscles and joints, increasing cellular energy (ATP) production to accelerate tissue repair, collagen synthesis, and recovery.
The treatment also improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and helps relieve pain by enhancing oxygen and nutrient delivery to damaged tissues. Safe, non-invasive, and drug-free, this therapy supports faster healing, improved mobility, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
